This policy explains in plain language what information BeeBook collects, how we use it to run your wedding site and support you and your guests, and how to reach us with any questions.

We collect the information you and your guests choose to share with BeeBook, such as RSVP responses, guest details, messages, photos and other uploads, and anything sent to us through feedback or support.
We also collect general technical information about how BeeBook is used, for example the pages visited, the type of device and browser, where visits come from, and any errors that occur, so we can keep the service running smoothly.
We use this information to run wedding sites, deliver the features couples and guests rely on, respond to support requests, fix problems, and improve BeeBook over time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Details guests submit for a wedding, such as RSVPs, messages, and uploads, are visible to the couple hosting that wedding so they can plan their day.
Beyond that, information is only shared with the trusted providers we rely on to operate BeeBook, such as hosting and email or SMS delivery, and only as far as needed to provide the service.
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and support the people using it, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Access to personal information is limited to those who need it to operate and support BeeBook.
When a couple enables music features, BeeBook connects to Spotify and Apple Music so guests can search their catalogues and request songs. If a couple links their Spotify account, we store an encrypted connection token and the id of their wedding playlist; for each song request we store the song title, artist and catalogue reference the guest chose.
This information is used only to run song requests and to sync approved songs to the couple's playlist. BeeBook acts as the independent controller of this data - Spotify is not responsible for how BeeBook handles it.
Couples can disconnect Spotify at any time from their dashboard, which immediately deletes the stored connection and its tokens. How Spotify itself handles your account is described in the Spotify Privacy Policy.
You are always in control of what you share with BeeBook. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
