These terms describe how BeeBook may be used, what responsibilities users keep for their wedding content and communications, and how platform monitoring and support workflows operate.
Last updated 14 July 2026
BeeBook is provided to help couples manage wedding websites, guest lists, RSVPs, communications, registry activity, media collection, reception workflows, and related planning tools.
By using BeeBook, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information where needed, and avoid attempting to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the platform.
Couples are responsible for the content they publish, the invitations and reminders they send, and the guest data they choose to manage inside BeeBook.
Guests remain responsible for information they submit through RSVP forms, uploads, messages, or other public flows.
BeeBook may log product interactions, campaign attribution, browser errors, and feedback submissions so we can support users, maintain service quality, and improve reliability.
Admin users may review this information inside internal BeeBook tools for triage, analytics, and operational follow-up.
BeeBook may send emails, SMS messages, or other transactional communications on behalf of couples when those features are enabled, including invite links that contain first-party attribution tags.
Third-party providers used for payments, messaging, storage, and delivery remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Song search and playlist features are powered by Spotify and Apple Music. Their content and platforms are provided "as is", and BeeBook and its music partners disclaim all warranties for them to the fullest extent permitted by law.
BeeBook - not Spotify - is solely responsible for the BeeBook service. You must not modify or create derivative works from the content these platforms provide, and you must not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any part of them.
Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of this section and of our privacy policy, and is entitled to enforce them directly.
We aim to keep BeeBook available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent support for every feature or integration.
BeeBook may update the service, these terms, or related policies over time. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated terms apply.
